Sanitisation at height.

Our fogging and misting machines can apply sanitiser at a distance of up to 4.5m. Our electrostatic devices will ensure a 360-degree layer of long-lasting protection. The efficacy of Sanitrox means that you will not need to re-sanitise for anything up to six months.

Confined spaces.

Our equipment ensures that even the most difficult-to-access nooks and crannies can be sanitised; our electrostatic misters and foggers are particularly effective at providing complete coverage. So, if your facility includes an assembly line and/or conveyor belts, you can be assured that all surfaces will be protected.

Racking and storage.

Santirox will work on any surface. When applied using an electrostatic fogger or mister, it will cling to every surface, even the back and underneath. These surfaces include racking, trays*, cages, pallets, trolleys and baskets. They also protect soft surfaces like textiles, ensuring the complete sanitisation of your forklift trucks and vehicle cabins.
On cold storage: bioshield understands that freezing does not kill all pathogens. If your facility includes cold storage, applying Sanitrox will ensure a taint-free, odourless and completely effective sanitising solution.

Heating and ventilation.

Sanitrox is a long-lasting and natural sanitiser that is entirely safe to use within your heating and ventilation system. It is the staple of your deep-cleaning process that is safe to touch and non-allergenic. When added to water, it will kill all known pathogens, including legionella.

Canteens and toilets.

Since Sanitrox is a 100% natural solution, it can be used with complete confidence in all areas of your facility, including washrooms and canteens. Furthermore, it is completely odourless and taint-free, so it will not leave any aftertaste even when applied directly to food.

Storing Sanitrox.

Santitrox can be stored at ambient temperature, is completely non-toxic and only needs diluting with water. This means it does not require any specific storage conditions. Nor does it require heating on application, reducing your costs and carbon footprint.

So simple to use.

All of our products and equipment can be used with minimal guidance. Sanitrox itself is simple to apply and does not need any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn. Its natural compound means anyone can use it, regardless of underlying health issues. It is long-lasting (up to 180 days) and is used at an ambient temperature.

Our revolutionary plant-based sanitiser reduces water consumption in four ways:

The technique used to apply Sanitrox is ‘misting’. This only requires minimal water use, an estimated reduction of 35% of water usage per annum. Because Sanitrox remains active for up to 30 days, there is a significantly reduced wash cycle. Since Sanitrox can be misted, the set-up is straightforward, and the application is rapid and controllable. The enhanced purity of wastewater means it needs no further action.

Sanitrox is an ambient temperature tray washing solution. Currently, the sector relies on expensive tray-washing facilities incorporating industrial heating exchanges. Since Sanitrox does not need any heat to be applied, it reduces energy use massively. Indeed, in retrofit trials with Kuehne and Nagel, switching to bioshield and Sanitrox resulted in a 75% reduction in gas consumption.

Storage and application
Current tray-washing requires large vats of pre-diluted chemicals to be stored in Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Sanitrox involves none of these, meaning 100% saving on IBC costs as well as space savings, reduced lead times and reduced logistical challenges.

The use of Sanitrox means increased longevity of equipment and reduced maintenance costs. There are no gas boilers to service, whilst an even temperature throughout the process means no heat distortion, corrosion or repair.
