We know you’re busy, which is why we’ve made our delivery and returns information as simplistic as possible.

To reduce the carbon footprint of your order, we will use Electric vehicles where possible and ensure that the last mile of your delivery is completed on foot, by bike or electric vehicle (if not already used). Delivery times will be longer so please order well in advance. | |
While we will always aim to deliver your parcels in as few packages as possible, we reserve the right to deliver your order by separate shipments.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you’re satisfied with your delivery, however, should there be any damages or items missing, please get in touch within two working days, confirming your order number and we will arrange for replacement products to be sent out.
And if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Bioshield’s Customer Service team and we will work with you to arrange a return and/or refund where possible.
No returns will be accepted later than 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, in re-sealable condition and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
Please note that returns will be accepted only with prior approval from the Bioshield Customer Service team. Should you return the product without seeking prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse refund and dispose of the products in whatever manner we deem appropriate.
